    Cleco Balance Arm PBA-18-AH. The mounting post is 31" high. The reach of the arm fully extended is 34". This arm was used only for a short length of time to insert small screws into circuit boards. It is in very good condition. Other than a few wear marks in the paint, all hardware, springs, and mounting base are in great shape. The arm is adjustable to accommodate the weight of different tools, and will support tools up to 5 pounds. The pivot point is of a bearing construction. Torque capacity is 10 Ft. Lbs.
