    Description

    This large David Eldreth Pottery signed 1995 rooster is in excellent condition.  The rooster measures 3 3/4 inches long by 2 inches wide and is 4 1/2 inches tall.  There is what appears to be a light brown stain under the glaze and that is the firing defect I am referring to.  This pottery was decorated by hand and there may be subtle differences in either the cobalt blue decoration or the glazed surface from piece to piece.  Each one is unique in it's own way.
