Depression Akro Agate | Crystal Glass Bell with Original Contents Maker’s Mark

Crystal Glass Akro Bell. There are no chips or breaks, but there is a manufacturing spot to note. I have taken close ups of this. It is smooth and not a break, but rather feels like a fold in the glass. I think that the clanger must have hit the glass while hot and left a spot from that. If displayed on the backside you can not see this. It has a slight bit of roughness from the molds as do most pieces and especially around the edge of the bell. I have several and this is typical from the molds. The bell clanger has a bit of rust to it because of age, but it is original. The perfume bottle is in great shape with some perfume residue stain left in the bottle. The outside ring that held the mini bottle does show some wear, but typical for this age. This is almost 100 years old so in really great shape for age. These perfume sets were made by akro for a couple of different companies. book under the section akro agate on page 65 for reference. This one does have the maker’s mark and is a genuine akro bell produced by akro. I have included pictures of the USA and Made for reference. In good, used vintage condition. I have described everything that I see, but view pictures as they are also a part of the description. It has a very slight glow to it under uv/blacklight.
