Cold Water vs Hot Water: A cold water pressure washer is for a basic wash.  If you are looking for grease/oil removal then you need a hot water pressure washer.
Belt Drive vs Direct Drive: A belt drive pump is for users that need 20 plus hours of work per week.  The belt drive unit spins at a lessor RPM reducing heat and vibration, and reduces wear/tear on your unit.
Gas Powered vs Electric Powered: Electric is safe to use indoors because of reduced fumes, is quieter and has less maintenance.  Another plus is the reduced costs with fuel prices.  However, gas units have more portability.
