Old Vintage Milk Glass Tiered 2" Shot Glass Medicine Cup tooth pick cup

This is a neat little milk glass,glass. 2" tall 1 3/8" inside across. Has federal eagle mark on bottom not real strong.Has numerous swirls straw marks imperfections in glass but no chips or crack. Has wonderful red "fire" when held to light.
This is a nice item wasn't manufactured to high standards thus possibly a medical item? Definality a older piece.
