This manual, although used is in excellent condition.  Contains all the information that the Noncommissioned Officer should know  about Drill and Ceremonies that are Marine Corps distinctive, a great overview of Uniforms and inspections and finally, the section on Customs and Courtesies is absolute just perfect.  Every thing from Mess Night to all the traditions that we hold as truths.
The drawings of drill  procedures are very good, the photos although black and white are more that adequate for training.  There is no fluff in the MCI 7003.
If you have questions, please email us. Who do you call Gunner? Who is referred to as skipper.   If you were in the Marine Corps, Officers or enlisted this is an exceptional piece.
