These are rare authentic USGI USMC SCOUT SNIPER Weapon Record Books, Part II tube data log.   This is an original USGI USMC issued item.
These books serve as the weapons Birth Certificate and Shot record. They are brand new originals, unissued and unmarked. They are ready for you to input your USMC Scout Sniper rifles information.  Your USMC spec Sniper rifle collection is unfinished without this item.
THESE ARE ORIGINALS. I came into possession of them, while still serving in the USMC. Part of my job was to input data from maintenance inspections into the log books for various weapons systems.  In addition to sniper rifles, they used to be used for mortars, rocket launchers, and certain artillery pieces.  Marines always used to loose these, so we always had extras around so we could reconstruct the weapon's service life.
These came from original government issued packaging.  They are genuine USGI, not reprints.
