Very Rare Akro Agate Crystal Clear Miniature Bell / 3 " Tall

A  vintage  and  very  rare  Miniature  Crystal  Bell
from  the  Akro  Agate
Glass  Co  of  the  1930s  in  their
GENERAL   LINE  .
In  over  40  years
of  collecting  Akro ,
I  only  know  of  4
of  these  .....   It
stands  3
"  tall  ,
and  measures  1  3/4 "  wide  at  the  base  .  I've
pictured  it  alongside
the  normal  5  1/2 " tall  crystal
bell  as  a  size - reference  ;  the  larger
bell
is  not  part
of  this  auction  .  Picture  2  shows  the  same
Akro  paneled  collar  ,
picture  3  shows  the  Akro
cross-hatching
design  on  the  body  ,  and  picture  4
shows  the  typical  Akro  clanger .
None  of  the  4  known  miniatures  show  the  normal
faint  mark
(
the  embossed  "  MADE   IN   U . S . A .  "
up  inside  where  the
clanger  attaches )  .  It  has  no
damage
like
chips  ,  flakes  ,  dings
, or  cracks .....
NO
unsightly
bubbles  ,
scratches  ,
stains  , or  utensil   marks  .
