DESCRIPTION
These are Antique nickle over brass document holder tubes for a Marriage and Birth Certificates
The Tubes measure 9" long with the end caps.
The Marriage Certificate Tube is inscribed with
Roses and an Angel or Cherubim inscribed on the side along
with the Title: WEDDING CERTIFICATE.
The Birth Certificate Tube is Inscribed with a
Stork carrying an Empty Sack, (Delivery Complete)
This Tube Reads Birth Certificate.
These
tubes could be used to hold other Letter (8.5x11) Documents as well.
The Document Tubes are in Very Good Condition with exception of one the end caps on the Wedding Tube.
One End Cap is still Gold Colored, the other Is a Dull Silver Finish Comes With Both End Caps).
The Birth Certificate Tube is in Excellent Condition!
There is some wear and spotting on the nickle plating but the Tubes Have No Dings Or Dents.
These Tubes are Genuine Antique, purchased by my family many years ago, it is old and vintage as described.
